The entire chapter in this book touches on the concept of maslahah, which is goodness. The five things of disaster are to continue human survival. It is also explained about Islamic law that discusses the rights of God and the rights of others. Next, zari'ah is explained as a source for establishing certain syariah laws. Through zari'ah it can be determined that an action is right or wrong. Scholars use zari'ah as a source to establish a syar'a law, that is, by making an assessment of the effects and consequences of an act. Using the principle of zari'ah, Muslims are forbidden to insult non-Muslims' objects of worship in order to avoid non-Muslims' response to Islam. In the matter of fatwas, this book specializes a chapter by explaining that the mufti is a guide who leads Muslims towards the truth. The fatwa is the basis for solving a problem. The obligation of the Muslim community refers to people who are qualified to explain Syarak law. Finally, this book briefly explains the differences of opinion among scholars. Muslims lack information as to why previous jurisprudence scholars do not agree in deciding the law of a problem. History proves that half of the jurisprudence scholars did not live at the same time.
