 Judicial Cases Related to Hudud, Qisas and Family Crimes in the Age of Al-Khulafa Al-Rashidin This book describes the cases that took place during the reign of the five al-khulafa 'ar-Rashidin that are rarely known to the public. The book cites judicial cases in two major issues in the life of society: First, issues related to criminal cases such as qisas, diyah and ta'zir that occurred during the reign of the fifth al-Khulafa al-Rashidin, namely Khalqfah Abu Bakr, Khalafah Umar, Khalafah Uthman, Khalafah Ali and Khalafah Umar b. Abd al-Aziz. All five al-Khulafa al-Rashidin have made decisions and judgments as recorded in the history of Islam. Second, issues related to the problem are raised in their judiciary. Family matters are also reviewed and analyzed.
