I'm a recent motivational book convert and I'm now into self-improvement in a big way. So when I read this book as I was preparing for leadership role I'm about to take, I decided to give it a go to see if it could help me. As it turns out, this book can help not only managers but anyone who wants to communicate more effectively with all sorts of people from subordinates to children. The author did a good job convincing me that coaching is one important element in reaching the peak and also making the journey upwards a fulfilling one. I'm glad he is sharing this knowledge and offering people like me a short cut to the mountain.
