Description
Summary:This book shows the reader the results of a scientific study by 2 Muslims and a non-Muslim from the University of Malaya in studying movement in prayer. The display of the content is quite interesting, accompanied by color pictures and writing that is not too dense. The research that was done highlights the difference that occurs when a person prays correctly and incorrectly, also when a person prays and does not pray. Among the scope of the study are the muscles, brain and bones. For example, according to research, bowing is equivalent to the movement of 'morning exercise' where when we bow, the muscles in the body will stretch by themselves. Shows that if the prayer is done correctly, bowing 90 degrees, our body will automatically exercise and at the same time avoid pain in the waist. That is just one example of several studies done on human anatomy and physiology. The study conducted by a non-Muslim doctor is related to the brain waves that will be produced when performing a movement in prayer. According to Dr. Ng Siew Cheok, he is interested in the advantages of praying and his team will do further research. The facts presented in this book will motivate Muslims to pray more diligently and regularly in order to achieve spiritual, physical and mental well-being.
