 Ultimately, swearing is also one of the methods of conviction used in Islamic Evidence Law. An oath is used to refute an allegation or deny an allegation. It is also a last resort when certain parties fail to submit evidence or other evidence through iqrar, syahadah and qarinah for example. The application of the concept of al-bayyinah or evidence through various methods of conviction gives ample space to all parties to submit any form of evidence that is considered relevant and can assist trial judges and courts in the process of upholding justice and giving appropriate decisions. Although the provisions of the law provide for matters related to the rules of conviction through this Islamic Law of Evidence, but the final reference is based on Islamic law from any valid sect if there is confusion in understanding the provisions of the law. or in the event of a loophole (void) of law.
