 The discussion of aspects of Islamic law in this book is divided into four parts namely family; court proceedings, evidence and crime; estate planning; as well as Islamic finance and muamalat. This division describes the field of specialization of syariah studies and current practices in Malaysia. It is parsed to provide general and initial guidance to readers who want to find information on sharia law that affects their rights in the country. Therefore the reading will be more focused because each title in the section is interrelated. The main purpose of earning this book is for general reading. Nevertheless the scholarly elements are still retained by including references in the text and references at the end of each chapter. Therefore, this book is suitable as a reference and guide for higher education students, especially in the field of syariah and professionals such as practitioners of syariah law.
