Those who are responsible for the zakat fund should not see the duties and responsibilities carried out superficially and recklessly. The institution of zakat should have a big, concrete and wise idea so that the function of zakat which is "releasing from the burden of poverty," or what Umar called "making a person rich" is fully achieved. |
