The framework explores the discourse from three dimensions: the interpretation of aspects of discourse practice, the description of its textual features, and the explanation of the dense social process within it based on its dialectical relationship with findings from the first two dimensions. From the first dimension, which is the analysis of discourse practice, it was found that the leadership discourse was produced with the active involvement of the discourser himself, disseminated and transformed adequately, and built for the mutual benefit of the leader and the people. In addition, this leadership discourse is also found to adopt an approach of understanding the audience and attracting their togetherness through the utilization of elements of intertextuality that do not encourage and interdiscursivity of several other types of discourse, namely reports, explanations, arguments, and expressions. From the second dimension, which is the textual analysis, it was found that the discourse makes a lot of use of the imperative modality of demand which is a multi-level obligation, metaphors of agriculture and fire, military words, and alternative words. From the findings of the two-dimensional analysis above, then through the third dimension, which is the social analysis, it was concluded that in the researched discourse there are two leadership practices, namely audience-oriented leadership and assertive leadership.
