 This book adopts a practical approach to the exposition of what is generally a complex subject. It attempts to state the principles of compant law plainly and directly to drive home the relevant points. It draws from case law of various jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom and Australia, wherever relevant, in considering the local cases.
