520 | # | # | |a Before the creation of shoes or footwear, people freely stepped on their feet on the surface of the earth in various forms from the contact of pebbles, sandy soil, hard clay and the like. After humans know how to use footwear, their feet are far from touching these hard objects. This is a disadvantage where the reflection area under the feet is not touched. This touch promotes blood circulation in the body's organs. Since the feet are wrapped and pampered, the role played by the reflex area of the feet becomes less and interferes with the smoothness of blood circulation. As a result, the feet become cold and other members are disturbed. Even worse, the feet are packed by shoes that are narrow and pointy at the end. Blood circulates throughout the body carrying food to the body's organs which is taken from the heart and removes waste from the body's organs. When there is a diseased organ, smooth blood circulation is needed in that organ to heal the disease. If the blood circulation is smooth the body will be normal. When it is disturbed, the delivery of food is also disturbed and the body's combustion waste cannot be taken and removed, resulting in dirt deposits and eventually causing various diseases. Therefore, reflexology plays an important role in promoting blood circulation and contributing to the health of the body. |
