Summary:This book is the result of a series of seminars held every year in conjunction with the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the Sultan of Pahang Darul Makmur, Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah. This book contains four main parts which are Ulil Amri and the Establishment of the Government, Ulil Amri from the Aspects of History and Gender, Structure and Mechanism of Government and Techniques and Effectiveness of the Government system. These four main titles give a comprehensive overview of questions such as what are the rights and responsibilities of each Ulil Amri and the people, how can the principles of Islamic administration be applied in administration in Malaysia, what are the rights and roles of women in government, how can Islam used for the resolution of conflicts in the governance of an Islamic country, and some views on the fillings that need to be taken to ensure the country's administrative system is in line with the demands of the Islamic religion. Through the book, the reader will be able to understand more deeply about the concept and the role that Ulil Amri or the government and the people must play. The discussion on the title of Ulil Amri, government and government in this book takes a comparative analysis approach between Islamic and conventional government systems and touches on and adapts to the history of Islamic government in Malaysia.
