 The "Crash Course" series provides a comprehensive set of notes to take medical students through their clinical years. "Crash Course Surgery" reflects the way in which the medical student will deal with patients in real-life situations. First it takes them through the common presentations in surgery and their differential diagnosis. Part II considers taking the history and examination of the patient.
