Summary:Radiopharmaceuticals in Nuclear Pharmacy and Nuclear Medicine, 2nd Edition, is an essential reference for nuclear pharmacy practitioners, nuclear medicine technologists, and nuclear medicine physicians. Four of these chapters are written by contributing authors. Together the 12 chapters, all written by nuclear pharmacy practitioners, present the information needed for a pharmacist to become an authorized nuclear pharmacist. The remaining 11 chapters cover the diagnostic and therapeutic use of radiopharmaceuticals.Chapters on specific body systems (brain, thyroid, heart, lung, liver, spleen, gastrointestinal tract, kidney, and bone) are followed by chapters on total body procedures, monoclonal antibodies, in vivo function studies, and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals
