In fact, business culture is not static but dynamic and takes new forms in the context of different political, socioeconomic, and cultural structures. There is an interaction between the business culture of Chinese entrepreneurs in Malaysia and their entrepreneurial transformation. Ethnic Chinese's involvement in business is not only driven by culture but also by family, individual psychosocial, and work experience effects that intertwine and influence their ways. The country's rapid economic growth and the opportunity to become an employer also influence the actions of Chinese entrepreneurs who venture into business. The integration of various influences is what brings dynamism to Chinese entrepreneurship. The practise of xinyong and guanxi in business networks is found to change according to the development of an increasingly complex market. Chinese family business companies are beginning to develop towards modernization in the aspects of human resource management systems, increased professionalism, reduced nepotism, increasing the concept of joint ownership and profit sharing, increasingly transparent company account statements separated from family expenses, an increase in the use of advanced technology, and the occurrence of cooperation and joint ventures with transnational and local companies. The culture of Chinese entrepreneurs is beginning to change, especially in the technology-based industrial sector. Meanwhile, the old form of joint venture (Ali-Baba), although still present, is decreasing
