 Since publication of the successful first edition. Administrative Law in Malaysia and Singapore has grown rapidly mainly through judicial creativity and to a small extent through legislation. The purpose of this book is to explain the principles of Administrative Law as they apply in Malaysia and Singapore. Practically every chapter in the first edition has been substantially revised and expanded.
