The present volume comprises edited versions of papers delivered at the second Singapore conference, Current Issues of International Financial Law. The papers of the inaugural conference, Current Problems of International Trade Financing, were published in 1983. The third conference in the set is planned for August 1986, will deal with current legal issues relating to international financial, commodities and securitien markets. |
