This edition has been expanded to include two new chapters, Distance Selling and International Sale of Goods. The latter deals with c.i.f. and f.o.b. contracts. The former is in response to the growth in all forms of distance selling, including e-commerce, with coverage of the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and the Distance Selling Directive included. It also looks briefly at issues of jurisdiction and applicable law in cross-border consumer contracts.
