 The focus and use of this booklet are to reveal the fiqh of Umar Ibn al-Khaththab in using wisdom using decisions to implement Islamic law in his time. In this context, the important question that the author is trying to express is that Umar's decision in dealing with some events is seen as contrary to the Qur'an and Sunnah. It begins with a highlight of the life story of Umar al-khaththab which covers the personality, nature, and circumstances of his time. Furthermore, the author tries to parse and rationalize the extent of the relevance of the implementation of Islamic law during his time with modern life.
