 Seeds can be orthodox or recalcitrant to seed technologist recalcitrant are the tyrants defying, disobeying all the rules of thumb difficult to handle, but on desiccation easily succumb. Recalcitrant seeds known to be very notorious physical, physical, physiological characters being obnoxious both intolerable to low moisture and temperature stature, size and weight like those of a monster. In the centres of mega biodiversity recalcitrant species of food, fruits and timber are top in priority the king and queen of fruits, durian and mangosteen, dipterocarps, cocoa and rubber are given high esteem. Biotechnology and seed technology hand in hand will ensure conservation in a reliable and firm stand by the 21st century, well be many ways of conserving biodiversity hopefully and confidently long-term storage will be for posterity.
