 Al-Hudud or hudud laws are part of the main Islamic criminal law has become very foreign to Muslims around the world after they were colonized by kuffar and after their system of life in the political, economic, social, legal and other fields. Most of them are not only very foreign and ignorant to the laws of Hudud, but they have mocked, hated and viewed the hudud law as outdated, primitive, outdated and unable to uphold justice in this complex and modern age. Indeed, the hudud laws are part of the basic and fundamental teachings of Islamic law, which have been established by Allah SWT in his revelation (Al-Quran) delivered by the Prophet Muhammad SAW and which is then explained and detailed by him through speech, deeds and his taqri called As-Sunnah is part of the revelation of Allah as well.
