The contents of this book cover seven civilizations namely Mesopotamia, Egypt, Arabia, India, China, Europe and the Malays. The chapters in the book cover the themes of Man and Society, Governance and Administration, Resilience and Defense, Economics, Education, Intellectuals, Exploration and Exploration and the Arts. The uniqueness of this book is that it introduces the reader to prehistoric times, the characteristics of civilized society, the background of the development of each civilization and the development of a civilization comparatively according to the theme. At the end of each chapter are provided practice questions in various forms such as discussion questions, analysis and research to test the reader's understanding. The book also contains a timeline to make it easier for the reader to track the development of the main events of a civilization in chronological order and also know the events in other civilizations at the same time. This book is aimed at STPM candidates, students of institutions of higher learning and the public who are interested in studying World Civilization.
