Rapid development in information technology, especially in teaching and learning methods, demands changes in the construction of school resource centers. The school resource center can no longer remain a library or book store and instead must develop into an Electronic Resource Center (PSE) complete with multimedia facilities including CD-ROM and INTERNET. For that, school teachers need to be equipped with skills and knowledge about computer literacy so that PSE will be able to be used more effectively. This will also be able to produce a young generation that is computer literate and able to use advanced technology in their learning.
