Armed Separatism in Southeast Asia
Separatism is a figment of the imagination of the nation-state. Consider what the word implies: taht there is an entity, the nation-state, so natural and enduring that the very thought of not belonging to it requires a special ideological impulse, an "ism" like communism or fascism.
