Description
Summary:Man is a creature created by Allah S.W.T. the highest rank. From a biological point of view, humans are not much different from other living creatures. But humans have a greater intellect and mind than all living creatures of the Almighty Creator. The intellect that is given to mortals is able to recognize and understand all the problems faced intelligently, wisely and creatively. The ability to choose is also a characteristic that distinguishes humans from animals and plants so that humans have a better and higher quality of life. However, the ingenuity, well-being and creativity of humans are also what often lead them into various problems that harm themselves and even other creatures. In general, animals live based on their natural instincts and habits. That is why cats, dogs and ants in Malaysia have a life pattern that is almost the same as those living in Iraq or England. Unlike humans, the people of Kuala Lumpur and the people of Baling each have a different lifestyle. South African Malays are also different from Nusan Tara Malays. Europeans have a different way of life than the Chinese. This diversity occurs because the ability to think and human tendencies themselves form different lifestyles. Lifestyle is influenced by other factors such as climate, socioeconomics, own and local cultural customs, political ideology and religious beliefs. COMMON SENSE The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as a state of physical, mental and social well-being that is not merely the absence of disease or disability. From a religious point of view, the definition of healthy is added with one more element, HEALTHY LIFE PRACTICES that is inner or spiritual. So, a healthy person is a person who has a healthy body, mind, social and spiritual well-being and is free from any disease. In our society in the past, usually a person is considered healthy if he does not suffer from a disease, especially a physical one. Before advanced medical technology was invented, medicines were still limited, vaccines had not been found and health facilities were in short supply, causing people to be exposed to various diseases caused by viruses, filaria and bacteria which logically now rarely carry death. Diseases such as malaria, pneumonia, tuberculosis and dysentery are always the main cause of death. Now the situation has changed, for example, now tuberculosis is included in the group of diseases that are easy to cure. In the past people did not know about cancer, a perforated heart or hepatitis. The disease in its early stages does not show clear signs. Those who suffer from it are thought to be healthy, but eventually they meet their death. However, people still do not know the cause of his death. As well as people with high blood pressure and diabetes, they look healthy all the time. So, the healthy understanding of society in the past is no longer appropriate to use now. clam ih nalbanos abrod qu windernis abl FACTORS DETERMINING HEALTH AND HEALTH at dod wall diy acoubidea ale A person's health is determined by many factors.
