It cannot be denied that the Malaysian constitution has contributed towards this atmosphere of stability and progress, especially when its constitution is compared with the constitution of most new countries in Africa and Asia during the period from 1957 to 1977, this book reviews the development of the constitution to the majority of its writers are Malaysians who are among those who study the law academically and also those who are responsible for its implementation in the government and the judiciary. Thus, this group of essays discusses how the institution has been implemented in terms of practice, how it has developed through amendments and interpretations. the judiciary and its important trends throughout the last twenty years. In the period in question, Malaysia was not governed by clever theorists or impractical idealists, but its administrators were managed by practical people with good perception. They realize that they will go to the field to solve problems in life, but also overcome obstacles due to financial and human resources. The constitution criticizes the realities mentioned and is part of the key to Malaysia's success.
