It is this resurgence thet has resulted in a demand for the emplementation of the Shariah within the existing structures of Muslim societies. This book raises fundamental questions about the methodology needed for the implementation of the Shariah. The search for the answers to these questions has led the author to develop a "Three-Tier-Linkage" model to operationalize the Shariah in its true spirit.
