It does not require basic knowledge of quantum mechanics and tries to avoid difficult mathematics. The steps in mathematical reasoning are presented in a complete and orderly manner. This book uses a logical approach, and in the first chapter, the reader is given seven postulates. No major changes are made to these basic concepts in further treatment. The usual classical mechanics are shown as a limiting case. Every important result of quantum mechanics is illustrated by at least one physical example. In addition to introducing the basic concepts, the main points of several advanced topics are also presented, such as the integration of angular momentum, the relationship between resonance scattering and decay through particle emission, and the quantization of the radiation field
