Official Secrets Act 1972 (Act 88) an Act to amend and consolidate laws relating to protection official secret. Official Secret means any document specified in the Schedule and any information and materials relate to it and include any correspondence official, information and other materials as possible classified as 'Top Secret', 'Secret', 'Confidential' or 'Restricted', as the case may be, by one person Minister, Chief Minister or Chief Minister of a State or any public officer appointed below Section 2B.
