This book covers his education at Kajang High School, Pudu En glish School, Victoria Institution, and later at the King Edward VII College of Medicine in Singapore, to his subsequent involvement in politics, including his relationship with the il-fated Labour Party and his endeavours to keep the concept of multiracialism alive. It is a book about the life and times of Dr Tan Chee Khoon by the man himself-a Malaysian politician who is widely regarded for his continuing efforts to avoid the poli tics of ethnic chauvinism through the promotion of multiracialism.
