 The Malaysian Legal System is an up-to-date and lughly readable book designed to provide, in plain language, an overview of the Malaystan Legal System Although intended primarily for students preparing for various professional examinations requiring a knowledge of the legal system, it is also useful for general readers who wish to have an insight into the systems. However, the main readers will be a newmeration of students for whom English is a second or third language. With this in mind, the author has attempted to keep the language simple without sacrificing legal accuracy.
