 The objective of evolution management is to rejuvenate the performance of evolving organizations by the deliberate creation of chances. New forms of management behaviour can be induced by bringing managers into the `rhythm' of evolutionary processes as they occur in a business environment. This book provides an overall understanding of how evolutionary principles can apply to the whole of (business) society, and enables managers to create the conditions in which their organizations can develop freely and competitively. Marc van der Erve is now working with KPMG who have supported the concepts behind the book and who markets a computer-based product which can be used as a strategic guide and management tool.
