Summary: | The aim of this new edition, as was the case with its predecessors, is to provide cases chosen to suit most commercial law courses being taught in universities and technical colleges, taking account of recent case law in so doing. However, it differs from its predecessors in that its name has been changed from Casebook on Mercantile Law to Casebook on Commercial Law, and, in view of the success of earlier editions in Australia and New Zealand, it now also contains sufficient material to make the book current and immediately relevant in each of those jurisdictions. Accordingly, cases of direct interest to those studying commercial law in those countries have been added to the text. |
