Most of the book has, as a result, been substan tially amended, and several lengthy new sections have been inserted. The main changes are as follows: there are new sections dealing with I have greatly expanded the account of the Unfair Contract Terms Act to take account of the two Securicor cases and the George Mitchell case. I have dealt at some length with the impact of Junior Books on possible claims for products liability, and Johnson v Agnew on claims for damages. I have also expanded the sections dealing with the difficult subject of rejection, especially those parts concerning loss of the right to reject, and the rules governing rejection of part of the goods. I have also somewhat reconsidered my views on the utility of the concept of the passing of property in the light of some recent cases. |
