Description
Summary:The current study has focused on eight state and free organizations. In this research, besides library investigations three questionnaires titled " The impact of education on increasing motivation, job satisfaction and organizational satisfaction", " People's attitudes towards their jobs" and " Attitude towards principles" were designed, and the two former questionnaires, which were close ones, were filled by the managers. Simultaneous completion of these questionnaires and knowing people's attitudes towards their jobs were useful in analyzing and wrapping-up the results and suggestions. The last questionnaire which reveals leader's attitudes towards managers gives the results with management type to analyze an organization, which in fact is a 360-Degree Feedback Method for manager's know leader even about themselves.
